James Buchanan joined our team here at Oakwrights in 2018 and has been a NACSBA member since 2018.

During this time, James has worked closely with landowners, clients, and property businesses to facilitate, develop, and deliver unique serviced custom build plots.

If you have land available that you are thinking of developing or has development potential get in touch with our custom build team.

Feasibility study

Our team will carry out a desktop feasibility study looking into all areas of planning policies to understand what can be achieved, this may include a site visit.

Full business case proposal

Our team will create and present a business case and proposal.

Contractual agreement

Once a proposal is agreed both parties will enter into a contract.

Planning approval

Working with our in-house architectural team & external consultants, a design for the whole site will be created and submitted for planning approval.

Create serviced plots

Once planning is approved, it is time to create serviced plots on the site. All infrastructure and services will be developed on the site for each plot.
