Planning

When an agreement is reached and your contract has been signed, we will submit your planning application.

Marketing activity

Promotion of all your available plots will begin once we have received planning approval. Depending on the project this may include email marketing, print and digital advertising.

Plot sales

Our sales team will be in regular communication with you during the plot sales process so you know at what stage each plot sale is at.

Construction

It should take 9-12 months for each plot and up to 3 years for your entire site(s) to be completed – depending on the size and complexity of your project.
