Location: Hereford HQ
Salary: £26,000 – £30,000 per annum, DOE + Excellent Benefits!
Contract: Full time, Permanent
Hours: 40 hrs - 08.15 – 5.00 (Monday to Friday)

Our Marketing Executive will have the opportunity to be specifically responsible for:
- Digital Strategy Development – Supporting the creation and execution of digital marketing campaigns, ensuring a cohesive online presence and brand alignment.
- Campaign Management – Planning, executing and optimising multi-channel marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, social media, email and content marketing.
- Content Creation – Developing and editing marketing materials, including social media posts, website content, email newsletters and promotional materials.
- Market Research – Conducting research to inform marketing strategy, analysing market trends, customer preferences and competitor activity.
- Administrative Support – Scheduling meetings, maintaining collateral documents, updating online profiles and managing media assets on platforms like YouTube and Spotify.
- Film Coordination – Assisting in the planning of content for video production, including social media videos and website content.
- Analytics and Reporting – Monitoring and reporting on campaign performance.
- Graphic Design Support – Collaborating with the creative team to develop graphics and visual assets, ensuring brand consistency across marketing materials.
- Customer Communication – Supporting client communication by managing social media feedback, responding to customer inquiries and maintaining positive client relationships.
- Events Attendance – Attending company events and trade shows as needed, capturing photos and videos for social media and other marketing channels.
In order to be successful in this role you should have / be:
- Education: A marketing-related qualification is desirable.
- Skills: Proven experience with social media platforms and a working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Additional Knowledge: Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud is beneficial but not required.
- Experience: Experience in a customer-focused role is advantageous.
